In this unit-04 number of question to be asked like eleven due to each unit as 11 question, so total number of major subject is 110.

Expected to ask major question or topics follows below:

1.Maxwell-Boltzmann statistics, Bose – Einstein statistics, Fermi - Dirac statistics
2. Most Probable Speed, Mean speed (or) Average speed, Mean square speed, Root mean square speed.
3. Electron Gas, phase’s transition
4. Liquid Helium
5. Liouville’s Theorem
(i) The principle of conservation of density in phase space
(ii) The principle of conservation of extension in phase space
6.Mean kinetic energy of a molecule in a gas, Brownian motion, Harmonic oscillator
7. Thermionic Emission, work function.
